Biography
Flavie Audi

1986 Born in Paris.

2010 Graduated from the Architectural Association, RIBA Part II, London.

2014 Graduated from the Royal College of Arts, MA ceramics and glass, London.

Flavie Audi creates dazzled encounters with the sublime. Her work translate the mechanism of life and light and resemble fragments of an ethereal landscape or geology. The forms and gestures found in it capture a fleeting, living energy and suggest a certain ambiguity, hovering between digital screen and celestial body. In a dematerialised world where all is virtual and generic, her work seeks to define a new type of aesthetic and physical materiality.

Collaboration with Alexander Lewis
Spring Summer 2016

Glass, refraction, light and natural elements are the themes for Alexander Lewis’s first ever presentation on the London Fashion Week schedule. The collection is the latest in Alexander’s occasional series of artist interventions. For Spring/Summer 2016, he has collaborated with young French-Lebanese artist Flavie Audi, who uses the chance and alchemy of glassmaking to create her work.
